Omega recently announced that it has sent thousands of direct mail flyers to Fort Lupton residents, inviting input on a new commercial project the company is considering on land it owns.
The project, to be called “Trapper’s Rendezvous Marketplace,” is designed to honor the theme established in the surrounding subdivision, where streets are named after fur trappers and mountain men who historically settled the area. The marketplace will feature up to 23 small rental spaces for local vendors to showcase their goods and services. Visitors will also be able to enjoy a beer at the bar, watch a football game, or grab a cup of coffee while the kids play in the park.
Omega has outlined a variety of businesses it hopes to attract to the marketplace but is actively seeking community suggestions to make the space even more vibrant and engaging—a place for residents to gather, shop, and socialize.
