Omega recently announced that entitlements have been granted and building permits will soon be issued, allowing construction to commence on the first phase of The Landings in Fort Lupton, Colorado.
“This 56-unit, one- and two-bedroom apartment community will address a critical need for market rental units in one of Colorado’s underserved markets, where these homes should be in high demand,” said Omega CEO Fred L. Croci.
