Omega recently announced a joint venture development agreement with a partnership that owns a 179-acre parcel of land near Platteville, Colorado, offering spectacular views across the Platte River Valley and the entire Front Range—from Pikes Peak up to near the Wyoming border.
CEO Fred L. Croci stated, “We are excited to offer these 2.5-acre homesites, elevated above the Platte River, featuring unparalleled views of the Rocky Mountains. We will be making 30 future acreage owners very happy!”
The subdivision process will begin with the land being annexed into the Town of Platteville, which has expressed enthusiasm about having this type of property within their community. Once annexation is complete, the project will move forward for entitlement approvals to allow construction of these very special homesites.
