The Landings is 56-unit luxury apartment community slated for development on a 3.4-acre, debt-free parcel we own on South Rollie Avenue in Fort Lupton, CO. The project is designed to meet the area’s growing demand for high-quality rental housing and will feature a mix of one- and two-bedroom units. The approved site plan includes 34 private garages, ample onsite parking, and a community picnic pergola for resident gatherings. With all city approvals now in hand, we anticipate breaking ground on this new community in late 2025.
